WALKING THE TIGHT ROPE
MAINTAINING CONFIDENCE IN A
WORLD OF FALLIBILITY
25th February 2019 REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT
Trevor Dale specialises in Human Factors and has experience of training back to 1990 when he was part of the team that introduced the subject into British Airways as a method of reducing 'pilot error'

We all make mistakes.  Fallibility is an unfortunate aspect of being human.  Learning to live with error is a must if learning, not blame, is to be achieved.  Very few people deliberately set out to cause harm, so for the rest of us whatever we did must have seemed like a good idea.  Understanding the causes of errors and trying to learn how not to repeat them, is a crucial aspect of creating a just culture
